Rachel Richmond is the oldest daughter of William Richmond, a warlock from the 1600s. She made her mark on the Halliwells when she attacked Ladybug's ex-boyfriend and found herself with a rather bizarre "curse" as a result. Ladybug's wrath saved her life from the battle that took much of her family's lives.

When Rachel's pregnant mom found out that her grandmother had turned both Rachel and her dad, Wiliam, along with all the rest of he family into Warlocks, she left Rachel behind with her dad and never came back.
Later she does try to contact her brother, Simon, and sister, Sarah. Neither is all that receptive, but they both put up with her when she shows up. She has a slightly less than hostile relationship with the two of them and she is the only one trying to have a relationship with them.
After everything goes down and everything has changed, it's too late one sibling, but she finally gets a real chance from the other.
